Ingredients: Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrot, Cauliflower, Cayenne Pepper, Celery Stalk, Garlic, Kale, Onion, Shiitake Mushroom, Soy Bean, Spinach, Wheat Grass, Yam, Zucchini
– Take 3 capsules in the morning
Fruits The Balance of Nature Fruits taste great! Some children will eat the entire bottle if they can get their hands on them… and the really nice thing is; you won’t have to call poison control if that does happen because Balance of Nature is PRODUCE.
Because they taste so great, if you want to, you can snack on it all day until the bottles are gone. It may be an expensive snack, but it wouldn’t harm you. In fact, it would be an incredibly nutritious snack! Some people put the fruit capsules in their pocket and just pop them into their mouth throughout the day when they want a little treat. But if you do not like the taste, or just prefer the convenience of swallowing them with water, you can just do that in the morning.

Veggies The Veggies are a little spicy. They have garlic, onion, cayenne pepper and plenty of other strong flavors. Most people opt out of chewing them; but they are great opened and the powder sprinkled on salad, stirred into vegetable juice, eaten in cottage cheese etc. But again; if you prefer, they can simply be swallowed with water at about lunch time.
Very often the veggies give a person a sense of alertness that is great in the afternoon, not so great when you are trying to get to sleep at night. For this reason we recommend they be consumed before late afternoon.
